The following Terms and Conditions define the use of the services that are made available by Honest Signalz Lifestyle Development Inc. and represent a relationship and understanding between Honest Signalz Lifestyle Development Inc. and the individual who subscribes to our service.

Membership Responsibility

You may access Foolproof Approach or any other Honest Signalz Lifestyle Development Inc. product  by becoming a registered member and creating an account with us.  When you apply to use Honest Signalz Lifestyle Development Inc. services, you will be granted a Username and Password through which you can access any course you have purchased through an Honest Signalz Lifestyle Development Inc. course website.
 

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to safeguard the Username and Password you’ve been given from any unauthorised use.
 

IN NO EVENT WILL HONEST SIGNALZ LIFESTYLE DEVELOPMENT INC. BE LIABLE FOR THE UNAUTHORISED USE OR MISUSE OF YOUR SUBSCRIBER ID OR PASSWORD.

Refund Policy

Please make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
 

Our 30/60 day (depending on product) refund policy is NOT “no questions asked”. We have incredibly low refund request rates due to the extremely high quality of our services and products. Unfortunately the occasional client tries to take advantage of us and requests refunds after using the product without any good reason. Please note we are not a bank to store your funds in and then ask to recall when it suits you and we are not a major corporation that you may feel it does no harm to, to try and rip off. We put our heart and soul into our work, to deliver the best possible training programs. As such we ONLY offer refunds if you are able to explain in detail, after having actually watched and attempted all modules, in what way the product or service does not live up to the promise of the marketing pages or videos. Any other excuse will not be accepted including:

• You would prefer to spend the money on something else or are experiencing some financial issues – we are not a bank.

• You don’t have time to do the course or think there is too much material –  You have lifetime access to the material.

• You think the material is in some way similar to XYZ company that gives it away for free on youtube

• You decided that seduction, meditation, becoming a better person is not for you.

• You could only "relate" to some parts of the course and not others.

• The course is simply "not for you." We're very clear in our sales pages and marketing about what you'd be getting.

• You were expecting something else. Again we're very clean in our sales pages and marketing about you'd be getting.

• You decided that your country of residence, ethnicity, physical appearance and/or financial status are (the) reason(s) for why aren't getting the results our products promise to deliver.

Please honor the fair exchange of paying money to receive the life’s work and intellectual property of me and my team, so that we can make a living and continue to help men live vastly more fulfilling lives. If you have any problems with the course or have a legitimate complaint we are happy to help and are always looking to improve our customer service. Please contact info@honestsignalz.com before putting in a chargeback claim or dispute. Show respect and receive respect.

Refund Policy for Online Mentorship/ Zoom Coaching package

• If you cancel within 30 days of making the payment and the service has not been provided yet: 100% Refund

• If Vadim/ his colleagues have already started (for eg. sending the questionnaire/ other documents): We keep 100% of the cost.

• if a cancellation request is made within 1 weeks of the agreed upon date for the virtual consultation: We keep 100% of the cost.

• In case of external (economic crisis, volcano eruption, pandemic, war, etc) or internal (family, personal, business or medical emergency pertaining to the wellbeing of Vadim or other executive coaches at HS) extenuating circumstances, we vouch to reschedule the session for a date within 3 months from the point of the agreed upon initial starting date and will coordinate with the client(s) to make it work.

Termination / Reservation of Rights

Honest Signalz Lifestyle Development Inc. reserves the right and sole discretion to:

1. Terminate any account for non-payment of instalments, for providing fraudulent account information or fraudulent payment information.

2. Terminate any account for unsolicited, commercial e-mailing (i.e., Spam), distribution of Internet viruses or similar destructive activities, activities whether lawful or unlawful that Honest Signalz Lifestyle Development Inc. determines to be harmful to its other customers, operations or reputation, or for any breach of these terms.

3. Suspend the Service at any time for any duration of time when necessary, without penalty or liability to ourselves.

You agree that it may be necessary for us to temporarily suspend the subscription for technical reasons or to maintain network equipment.
